We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure health and safety standards, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Any intimate products where original packaging has been opened or seals broken

Return Process

- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
- Package Your Items: Securely package the items in their original condition and packaging. Include the Return Authorization Number inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Mail your return package to our discreet shipping address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges
For exchanges of eligible items:

- Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the desired replacement product
- If the exchange item costs more than the returned item, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
